The Environment

At PLP Construction we are committed to comply with all relevant environmental legislation and to continually improve our environmental performance through appropriate initiatives, controls, provision of resources and the education of our employees to understand the impact of what we do on the environment.

Quality

As a result of our ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System (ISOQAR Cert. 8836) and our experience, we have been able to harness the cultural change required to collaborate with our Clients and Supply Chain to ensure that we have a Right First Time approach to the projects we deliver with a target of zero defects on all our projects. We actively encourage an integrated team approach with our Clients to ensure a defects free handover.

This continues through the Defect Liability Period with equipment training for End Users, the issue of User Guides and Proactive Maintenance techniques encouraged to increase the whole life value of our projects.

Equal Opportunities

PLP Construction is an equal opportunities employer. It is the company's policy to treat all employees, job applicants, suppliers, clients and members of the public fairly and equally regardless of their sex, sexual orientation, marital status, race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religion, age, and disability or union membership status.

Furthermore we will ensure that no requirement or condition will be imposed without justification that could disadvantage individuals purely on any of the above grounds. All our staff receive Diversity Training to ensure they are equipped to deal with the culture and diversity that we live and work in within our communities.

All Policies, including Equalities & Diversity Policies are communicated to our Staff.
