All the work is first class, better than I could have hoped for, I have never been involved with new build before and was unsure what to expect, but it was made very easy with the help and advice from Laurie and on site with Owen.  If I ever build again I would first approach PLP before starting planning and have Laurie involved from early stage, his advice and knowledge is exceptional.
