Client Base

We have always tried hard to work closely with our clients and have developed some excellent long standing business relationships. This is reflected in the high percentage of repeat business we generate. Some of the contracts we have worked on recently include:

  • Building 8 new houses to Sustainable Code Level 3 in Gorton, Manchester for William Sutton Homes.
  • Alterations and extension to the Sutton Estate Office, Leeds for Activity Sutton.
  • Alterations and a loft conversion to attic space at Progress House, Stockport for Solutions SK.
  • New disabled access and refurbishment of the visitors centre, Etherow Country Park for Solutions SK.
  • Building the new Sports Pavillion at Hopwood Hall College , Middleton.
  • Remodelling twenty flats and the shared facilities at Pennine Court in Swinton for English Churches Housing Group.
  •  Regeneration of properties for Oldham M.B.C. in Derker and Glodwick.  
  • Remodelling of various houses into self-contained flats for Creative Support.

  • School extension at St.Vincent's R.C. Primary School , Rochdale .

We have now implemented a Client Feedback System and at the end of each contract we get feedback from the Consultant, Client, Householder (if applicable) and Sub-contractors. Here is some of the feedback we have had recently:

Our main objective is to provide and maintain a safe working environment and we take our responsibilities in this areas very seriously. This is reflected in our excellent safety record.
