PLP Construction Limited is a family run business established 25 years ago in 1982 by Philip Bradley, Managing Director. We specialise in regeneration and new build work for local authorities, school and church work for local dioceses, and social housing new build and re-modeling for several Housing Associations. We currently have a turnover in excess of £4 Million and employ approximately 35 staff from the local area.

We recently won the auspicious North West Contractor of the Year 2007 at North West Regional Awards sponsored by the North West Development Agency, Constructing Excellence North West and Centre of Construction Innovation. We achieved the prestigious award for "showing a willingness to embrace change, an understanding of our role in delivering to the built environment and, above all, a commitment to change."

Over recent years we have overhauled our internal process to develop and strengthen our business and ensure we provide our clients with the best possible service we can. Our new, improved management processes now ensure that we are more productive and contracts are delivered on time, to budget and defect free. By embracing a culture of training and staff improvement, we have managed to become better at our core role - construction.
